Rising as the tallest building in Kelantan, TROIKA at the Golden Triangle reshapes the skyline of Kota Bharu and establishes a new urban landmark within the city’s most strategic precinct. Inspired by the convergence of three prominent streets—surrounded by government institutions, educational hubs, and commercial centres—the development sits at the heart of Kota Bharu’s evolving urban fabric.

Set on 1.4 acres, the landscape design plays a critical role in softening the high-rise form while enhancing liveability within a dense urban context. Lush greenery is carefully layered along the building frontage and perimeter, creating a welcoming streetscape and a green buffer that integrates the development seamlessly into its surroundings.

The Modernly Chic design concept is expressed through clean geometries, refined material palettes, and structured planting compositions. A series of elevated landscape spaces, including a roof garden, extend greenery vertically and introduce moments of calm above the city. These sky-level landscapes provide residents with access to nature, views, and communal outdoor spaces—an essential balance to urban living.

Recreational amenities are thoughtfully arranged to support diverse lifestyles, featuring an infinity pool, children’s pool, sun deck, playground, and open spaces for outdoor activities. Together, these spaces form a tranquil sanctuary where natural blues and greens contrast the urban skyline, offering residents a sense of retreat, exclusivity, and connection to nature.
